Discover the “treasure hidden in a field” through praying the scriptures and deepen your interpersonal relationship with God. Contemplative Outreach of West Tennessee is pleased to present an Introduction to Lectio Divina (Praying the Scriptures) Program, which begins with a workshop on Saturday, April 28th at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 8245 Getwell Road, Southaven, MS from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Doors open at 8:30 a.m.). Additional instruction and practice in a supportive group environment will be provided through six weekly follow-up sessions will be held at the Church on dates and at a time to be determined at the workshop.
The cost is $40 per person and includes the workshop by presenters commissioned by Contemplative Outreach, Ltd., six follow-up sessions with a trained facilitator, and the book Too Deep for Words by Thelma Hall, r.c.
